Iberdrola to acquire five offshore wind projects of Triconti ECC Renewables.

Iberdrola, a firm that generates, distributes, trades, and markets electricity, agreed to acquire five offshore wind projects of Triconti ECC Renewables, a project developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Iberdrola continues its expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. Iberdrola would become a major, long-term renewable energy investor in the Asian country, contributing to local economic development, skills and job creation while helping the Philippines develop its clean energy market and meet its decarbonisation targets.
