UNIMOT completed the acquisition of Lotos Terminale from PKN Orlen-backed LOTOS Group.

UNIMOT, an independent importer of liquid and gas fuels, completed the acquisition of Lotos Terminale, a distributor of petroleum products and manufacturer of bitumen, from PKN Orlen-backed LOTOS Group, a vertically integrated oil company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “UOKiK’s approval is yet another key step bringing us closer to finalizing this largest transaction in our company's history. The transaction implements our strategy of diversifying revenue sources and will significantly increase the scale of our business, which will enable the UNIMOT Group to strengthen its position as the largest independent operator on the fuel market in Poland,” Adam Sikorski, UNIMOT President.
