Luxcara completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Blauwwind from Van Oord.

Luxcara, a renewable energy asset manager, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Blauwwind, a Dutch offshore wind farm, from Van Oord, a marine construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to add the stake in this landmark offshore wind project to our growing portfolio of renewables projects.
