HGGC-backed Grand Fitness Partners completed the acquisition of 13 Planet Fitness location from the Asbell Group.

HGGC-backed Grand Fitness Partners, a franchisee within the Planet Fitness system, completed the acquisition of 13 Planet Fitness location from the Asbell Group, an umbrella company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to kick off 2022 by adding these Virginia clubs to our growing portfolio.
