Insight Partners-backed Insightful Science completed the acquisition of Omiq.

Insight Partners-backed Insightful Science, a life sciences software company that digitally connects researchers to their ideas and data, advancing the discovery process, completed the acquisition of Omiq, a company specialized in data science SaaS solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Omiq, our goal is to remove the barrier that data analysis poses to the advancement of human health. We do this with powerful software that addresses modern analytical problems while being easily adoptable by researchers and valuable to organizations concerned with structure and compliance.
