STOA, an investment vehicle, completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in Poseidon Energia Renovable, the owner, developer and operator of the “Los Guzmancito” wind farm power plant located in the municipality of Luperon in the Dominican Republic, from Sellagic Investments, an investment vehicle.
