STOA, an investment vehicle, completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in Poseidon Energia Renovable, the owner, developer and operator of the “Los Guzmancito” wind farm power plant located in the municipality of Luperon in the Dominican Republic, from Sellagic Investments, an investment vehicle. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to partner with GE23 who has been an active participant in the Dominican energy market for over 30 years.
