Digital 9 Infrastructure completed the acquisition of 56% stake in Tetra Ireland from Eircom for $104m.

Digital 9 Infrastructure, an externally managed investment trust, completed the acquisition of 56% stake in Tetra Ireland, an exclusive operator of public safety wireless networks across the Republic of Ireland, from Eircom, a large fixed, mobile and broadband telecommunications company, for $104m. “The acquisition is highly attractive and complementary to the growing D9 portfolio of digital infrastructure assets, providing additional long-term contracted, inflation-linked cash returns to investors,” Thor Johnsen, Digital 9 Investment Manager.
