Patrimonium Private Equity and EGS Beteiligungen, two private equity firms, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bächler + Güttinger, a gardening company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The horticultural market is characterized by increasing consolidation tendencies, which will further intensify in the future.
