MAC Hotels completed the acquisition of Mar-Bell Hotel from Batipart-backed Elaia for $26m.

MAC Hotels, a firm owning operating and managing hotels restaurants and resorts, completed the acquisition of Mar-Bell Hotel, a hotel operator, from Batipart-backed Elaia, a venture capital firm, for $26m. The buyer of the hotel has been the Majorcan chain MAC Hotels, owned by the Amengual family and under the Pure Salt Luxury Hotels brand.
