Hachette UK completed the acquisition of Paperblanks.

Hachette UK, a book and periodical publishing company, completed the acquisition of Paperblanks, a brand of notebooks, diaries, journals and premium stationery manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an extremely exciting acquisition for Hachette… Our books and Paperblanks’ notebooks, journals and diaries complement each other, and we see great opportunity for further growth,” Says Richard Kitson, Hachette UK Deputy Group CEO.
