BlackRock, an American global investment management corporation, led a $355m Series E funding round in Bolt, an online checkout platform, with participation from Schonfeld, Invus Group, HIG Capital, CE Innovation Capital, Activant Capital and Moore Strategic Ventures. The capital will be used for product development, hire employees and expand into new international markets.
