Hunter Amenities to merge with Kimirica Hunter International in a $300m deal.

Hunter Amenities, a global manufacturing company, agreed to merge with Kimirica Hunter International, an Indian manufacturer of luxury hotel toiletries and guest room amenities serving to largest number of International hotel chains, in a $300m deal. Kimirica is joining hands with Hunter Amenities, a formulator and manufacturer of luxury bath and body products for the hospitality industry. With this joint venture, Kimirica Hunter is able to offer India's largest portfolio of luxury amenity brands with beautiful tailor made solutions.
