Exxelia completed the acquisition of Alcon Electronics.

Exxelia, a manufacturer of complex passive components, completed the acquisition of Alcon Electronics, a designer and manufacturer of film & aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have Alcon join the Exxelia family!
