Incline Equity, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Alliance Environmental Group, a provider of environmental remediation and indoor air quality services to residential and commercial customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We pride ourselves on offering best-in-class service to our customers.
