Nazca-backed IDP Engineering, a provider of building information modeling engineering services, agreed to acquire Ecointegral, an engineering company in the energy and telecommunications sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this deal, Ecointegral reinforces the continuity of its extraordinary growth line of 75% annual average over the last three years, by having greater production capacity, commercial strength and geographical presence. The management team will continue to be led by Francisco Gabriel Martín as general manager and the board of directors will be chaired by Juan Ramón Mateos, founding partner of the company.
