BUTEC Group to acquire the energy services businesses in Africa from ENGIE.

BUTEC Group, a group active in construction and services sector, agreed to acquire the energy services businesses in Africa from ENGIE, a global energy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the “Energy Services” businesses of ENGIE Group in Africa aligns perfectly with the growth strategy of BUTEC Group, by allowing us to expand geographically in the continent, a promising market in which BUTEC is already present, and by combining the know-how and business expertise of the existing teams that will complement the “Energy Services” activities of the Group.
