Stena Sessan completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Matilda FoodTech from Monterro.

Stena Sessan, an investment company in Gothenburg, Sweden, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Matilda FoodTech, a food service resource management platform, from Monterro, a Nordic B2B software investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’re really proud of the growth that Matilda has accomplished during our journey together. We’ve done several add-on acquisitions, strengthened the product portfolio, and expanded to new markets and target audiences.
