Celero Commerce completed the acquisition of OMEGA Technology.

Celero Commerce, a top ten non-bank payment processor, completed the acquisition of OMEGA Technology, a premier provider of electronic transaction processing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “OMEGA and Celero share a common culture and drive to make our financial institutions and small business customers successful.
