Butler Industries, an investment company, agreed to acquire Seaowl, a provider of technical assistance, facility and ship management services to major oil and gas companies as well as to the French government, from Cathay Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This new acquisition by Butler Industries is in line with its investments over the past 30 years. It allows our Group not only to pursue serenely the development of our projects of High Tech added value but above all to give them the “boost” necessary to achieve the ambitious objectives that are ours.
