Infra.Market to acquire a 24% stake in Shalimar Paints for $35m.

Infra.Market, an ecommerce platform, agreed to acquire a 24% stake in Shalimar Paints, a paints and coats manufacturer, for $35m. “When we embarked on a journey to build Infra.Market, the vision was to create a horizontal construction material managed marketplace.
