Clarke Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Clearlink from Sitel Group.

Clarke Capital, a private investment firm focused on alternative assets classes, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Clearlink, a digital marketing, sales conversion and technology company, from Sitel Group, a global provider of customer experience products and solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Of the countless opportunities that we see, we could never have imagined that something as special as this partnership would come our way. Clearlink certainly isn’t the same as when we sold in 2011, and neither are we. We are much better prepared to accelerate growth and execute untapped strategies having now scaled several technology-enabled retail businesses beyond the size of present-day Clearlink,” James Clarke, Clarke Capital Partners and Clearlink founder.
