Lyra Health completed the acquisition of ICAS World.

Lyra Health, a provider of innovative mental health benefits, completed the acquisition of ICAS World, a provider of wellness and fitness services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lyra’s innovative, evidence-based approach to delivering mental health care, combined with ICAS’s extensive local provider network, transforms access to quality mental health care for organizations and their employees and families,” Andrew Davies, ICAS World CEO.
