Shell completed the acquisition of Solar-Konzept Italia from Solar-Konzept International.

Shell, an energy company, completed the acquisition of Solar-Konzept Italia from Solar-Konzept International, a solar power company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This deal accelerates our ongoing efforts in Italy and will make us one of the leading solar developers in Italy. The 10-person SKI team will be integrated into Shell Italy and bring valuable experience in agrivoltaic project development. The team will develop the combined portfolio, continue to pursue new projects, and support our corporate power purchase agreement (PPA) offerings to customers," Ivan Niosi, Shell Italy Head of Renewables Power Development.
