TABS Holland to acquire Withagen Houtprodukten.

TABS Holland, a supplier of wood, panel and building material, agreed to acquire Withagen Houtprodukten, a specialist in laminated timber products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are happy with the upcoming acquisitions. Hormes Bouwmaterialen and Withagen Houtprodukten are healthy companies with a good reputation. We see both companies as a nice addition to our activities. By extending our national coverage with the Hormes branch allows us to serve our customers even better,” René Olsthoorn, TABS Holland CEO.
