Intersurgical completed the acquisition of Pulmodyne.

Intersurgical, a global designer, manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of medical devices for respiratory support, completed the acquisition of Pulmodyne, a manufacturer, specialising in high quality innovative airway and respiratory products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
