Savills and Thomas Zabel to form a joint venture.

Savills, a global real estate services provider, and Thomas Zabel, a provider of real estate consulting services, agreed to form a joint venture to focus on the German residential market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am delighted that Thomas has joined Savills. He is the preeminent residential professional in Germany, a market that offers Savills huge opportunity in Europe's largest economy.
