Premier Energy completed the acquisition of Ecoenergia from Enercon.

Premier Energy, a company in generation, distribution, and supply of electricity and the distribution and supply of natural gas in Romania and Moldova, completed the acquisition of Ecoenergia, a company operating a 15-turbine 34.5-megawatt wind farm, from Enercon, a wind energy technology company specializing in the development, production, sale, and servicing of onshore wind energy converters. Financial terms were not disclosed.
