Shanghai International Port Group completed the acquisition of Avenir Allegiance from Avenir LNG.

Shanghai International Port Group, a container port, completed the acquisition of Avenir Allegiance, a provider of LNG bunkering services, from Avenir LNG, a developer of small-scale LNG supply chains. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to play an important role in establishing and promoting China’s first LNG bunkering hub in Shanghai. This deal marks another major achievement in Avenir’s development as we continue to expand our LNG bunkering network globally," Peter Mackey, Avenir LNG CEO.
