Shanghai International Port Group, a container port, completed the acquisition of Avenir Allegiance, a provider of LNG bunkering services, from Avenir LNG, a developer of small-scale LNG supply chains. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to play an important role in establishing and promoting China’s first LNG bunkering hub in Shanghai.
