Liberta Partners-backed Kienzle Automotive, a provider of sales and service for networked devices and systems in the automotive aftermarket, agreed to acquire ght, a firm that offers applications and systems in the automotive and system technology sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The innovative cultures of ght and Kienzle Automotive fit together perfectly. With Liberta Partners, we also have an owner at our side who strategically supports us and facilitates us to invest in future technologies," Herbert Werthner, Kienzle CEO.
