The Clear Group to acquire Kent Insurance Brokers.

The Clear Group, an independent insurance broker, agreed to acquire Kent Insurance Brokers, a broker that advise, source and arrange insurances for a huge variety of UK based companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By far the most important factor in sourcing the right buyer was to ensure they share the same standards and values we expect for the protection of our customers.
