EPAM to acquire ENGINIETY.

EPAM, a provider of software product development and digital platform, agreed to acquire ENGINIETY, an operator of an e-commerce company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of ENGINIETY further expands EPAM’s capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions for designing and building sophisticated commerce platforms.
