Daylight Automation, a company that empowers teams to build simple and easy-to-use digital experiences, completed the acquisition of Proof Data Technology, a cloud-based platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Proof was one of Daylight's first partners and has continued to maintain a strong, long-term partnership given the similarities in talent, knowledge, and expertise in the industry," Ben Sanders, Proof Co-Founder.
