Nexxus Iberia, agreed to acquire Solutex, a producer Omega 3 natural ingredients from fish and algae oils, which are mainly used for pharma and food supplement products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Nexxus Iberia’s investment will allow Solutex to expand its manufacturing plant in Mallén (Aragón) to face the increasing demand. Likewise, the capital increase will accelerate the ongoing integration of Solutex’s production process. This will allow the Company to expand its innovation capabilities, which will be materialised in the launching of new highly concentrated Omega 3 bioactive products.
