Mavis Tire completed the acquisition of Action Gator Tire.

Mavis Tire, a developer of automotive platforms designed to provide automotive products and services, completed the acquisition of Action Gator Tire, a provider of automotive distribution and repair services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Action Gator has 19 retail and commercial locations, as well as five commercial tire outlets and one distribution center, making it the 48th largest independent tire dealership in the United States.
