Industrial Flow Solutions and May River Capital to acquire Dreno Pompe.

Industrial Flow Solutions, a global fluid management solutions provider, and May River Capital, an investment fund, agreed to acquire Dreno Pompe, an Italian designer and manufacturer of high quality, electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications.
