EnCap Investments and BP Energy Partners to invest in Encino Environmental Services.

EnCap Investments, an American private equity firm, and BP Energy Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, agreed to invest in Encino Environmental Services, a provider of environmental compliance and performance support services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with EnCap to support this endeavor.
