Arona completed the acquisition of House of Television from Praesidian Capital.

Arona, an online store for furniture, consumer appliances and electronics, completed the acquisition of House of Television, an appliance, electronics and furniture company, from Praesidian Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “During our partnership, the talented management team initiated and executed on several critical strategic initiatives.
