Syntaxis Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 20.7% stake in Blejkan, a provider of rehabilitation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cooperation with a new financial partner is the result of the implementation of the assumptions of the long-term development strategy of the Blejkan Group.
