Trescal completed the acquisition of Classic Technology.

Trescal, a calibration services provider, completed the acquisition of Classic Technology, a UKAS calibration laboratory operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These acquisitions illustrate our will to develop our presence in the life science sector. We plan to reach 30% of our turnover in this industry by year end. We are also proud to penetrate the Republic of Ireland, our 20th new country since 2008,” Guillaume Caroit, Trescal CEO.
