PSP Capital completed the acquisition of Ntiva from Southfield Capital.

PSP Capital, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Ntiva, a provider of managed IT services, managed security services, strategic consulting, cloud solutions, unified communications and other technology services, from Southfield Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
