Broad Sky Partners completed the acquisition of Thomas Scientific from The Carlyle Group.

Broad Sky Partners, a private equity firm that partners with leading middle market business services and consumer companies, completed the acquisition of Thomas Scientific, a distributor and sourcing partner to the life sciences industry, from The Carlyle Group, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
