Ascopiave completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Eusebio Energia from Supermissile for c. $50m.

Ascopiave, a natural gas and energy distributor, completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Eusebio Energia, an Italian energies business active in the production of energy from renewable sources, from Supermissile for c. $50m. “I am very proud of this operation which confirms the commitment of the Ascopiave Group towards renewable energies, towards an increasingly green and sustainable business to contribute to the implementation of the national energy transition,” Nicola Cecconato, Ascopiave President and CEO.
