Nordic Capital to acquire CARE Fertility from Silverfleet Capital Partners.

Nordic Capital, a private equity investor, agreed to acquire CARE Fertility, a fertility clinic group in the UK, from Silverfleet Capital Partners, a regionally focused European mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We strongly believe that Nordic Capital is the best partner for CARE on the next step of our journey to helping even more patients.
