Constellation Automotive completed the acquisition of a 19.9% stake in Lookers for £79m.

Constellation Automotive, a vertically integrated digital used car marketplace, completed the acquisition of a 19.9% stake in Lookers, a British car dealership chain, for £79m. “We are delighted to welcome Constellation as a significant shareholder of the Group. Their investment endorses the Board’s view that the Group remains significantly undervalued.
