Longfellow Energy completed the acquisition of oil and gas assets of Occidental Petroleum for $40m.

Longfellow Energy, a privately owned oil and natural gas exploration and production company, completed the acquisition of oil and gas assets of Occidental Petroleum, an American company engaged in hydrocarbon exploration in the United States, for $40m. This acquisition results in the assets developed by Riata Energy from 1995-2006, and Sandridge Energy from 2007-2010, returning to control by Longfellow Energy.
