General Informatics to acquire CMS IP Technologies.

General Informatics, an IT managed services provider and network infrastructure company, agreed to acquire CMS IP Technologies, a technology solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to begin working with the team at CMS and continue to grow our geography and services portfolio.
