TABS Holland, a supplier of wood, panel and building materials, agreed to acquire Houthandel Looijmans, a specialist timber trade with a wide range of wood products and panel materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased with the upcoming acquisition of Houthandel Looijmans. We see it as a nice addition to our activities.
