TABS Holland to acquire Houthandel Looijmans.

TABS Holland, a supplier of wood, panel and building materials, agreed to acquire Houthandel Looijmans, a specialist timber trade with a wide range of wood products and panel materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased with the upcoming acquisition of Houthandel Looijmans. We see it as a nice addition to our activities. Houthandel Looijmans is a healthy and well-run company with a good reputation. By expanding our national coverage with the Looijmans branch, we can serve our customers even better,” René Olsthoorn, TABS Holland CEO.
