Esteve, a pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of Lliçà de Vall plant from Uquifa, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is a strategic acquisition that will allow Esteve to increase its productive capacity by 20% and help Vivimed focus on the rest of the production centers," Pere Mañé, Esteve Director of Operations.
