ACO Iberia, a company in Spain and Portugal engaged in drainage, channeling and rainwater management systems, completed the acquisition of RECUBRIMIENTOS Y MOLDEADOS, a firm engaged in design and manufacturing of products and solutions for the treatment, purification and regeneration of wastewater. Financial terms were not disclosed.
