RDIF and Elbrus Capital completed an investment in VseInstrumenti.ru.

The Russian Direct Investment Fund, Russia’s sovereign wealth fund, and Elbrus Capital, a CIS-focused private equity business, completed an investment in VseInstrumenti.ru, a Russian online hypermarket specializing in DIY tools and materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Russian market for online sales of tools and DIY products has shown a steady growth in recent years, supported by consumers shifting to online shopping due to the coronavirus pandemic. VseInstrumenti.ru is a leading player in this market, actively expanding its product range and increasing storage capacity, as well as a network of pick-up points.
