The Russian Direct Investment Fund, Russia’s sovereign wealth fund, and Elbrus Capital, a CIS-focused private equity business, completed an investment in VseInstrumenti.ru, a Russian online hypermarket specializing in DIY tools and materials. Financial terms were not disclosed.
